Are you a licensed builder?

Yes we are. As well as being fully licensed ourselves, we only used licensed and experienced tradespeople on our projects.

Can I buy my own bathroom accessories, such as tiles, screens, a bath, mirror and vanity?

Yes, we understand that everybody has different budgets, preferences and looks they are trying to achieve when doing a bathroom renovation. So we want to give our customers the freedom to make the right selections for their renovation and not have to fit within “package” boundaries.

Once we have been awarded your bathroom renovation we will send you through a list of the fittings you will require, which will help you with your selection process. Once you have decided on all your fitting selections we can manage the rest for you, including placing the order and managing the delivery of the items so that they onsite on day 2 of the renovation.

Alternatively, if you prefer you can order and manage the delivery of the fittings to site yourself. If so, we ask that you have these all available on site by day 2 of your project.

Can you help me create a design that will work in my home?

Definitely! Our director Sam has years of experience in bathroom renovations and knows exactly what will work in any space. You should feel free to discuss your ideas with Sam when he comes out to do our quote. He will want to understand what currently works for you in your bathroom and what doesn’t. Understanding your vision will help Sam not only help you come up with a design that suits your lifestyle and makes you happy, but quote it more correctly as well.

Do you offer a design service to help with fittings and tile selections?

Design advice is part of our service to you. However, if you are really stuck on ideas or short on time to shop around for inspiration, we can refer a selection of top end designers we regularly work with that can help you with all you’re fitting, tile and colour selections and sourcing for a small fee.

Do you tile over tiles?

No. We guarantee our workmanship for ten years and therefore prefer to do it right the first time. Your old tiles could be subject to movement over time, which may cause major problems down the track. Removing wall and floor tiles and linings means we can check the existing plumbing and re-sheet walls. This ensures a clean surface we can waterproof and to which we can adhere tiles.

Can you do more than just bathroom renovations?

Because we are professional builders (holding a current builders license) as well as bathroom specialists, our expertise and experience extends to building work of all types, from knocking down a wall or changing a window, to a kitchen renovation, laundry renovation, or an entire home renovation.

Does Bathroom Dynamics have the appropriate insurance?

Yes. We also hold current workers compensation, public liability and contract works insurance. As per legislative requirements we also provide homeowners’ warranty insurance for all residential work over the value of $20,000 (as stated in guarantee page)

Do you have references?

Yes. We can offer you the names and telephone numbers of a range of customers whom you could talk to about their experience while working with us. Take a moment to view some of our recent customer testimonials.

Does the person who quotes the job do the work?

Our director Sam will meet with you, quote your job and make sure what is discussed is carried out. Sam will be there on the first day of work and along with your site supervisor will oversee the delivery of your project.

What areas do you service?

Bathroom Dynamics is a Sydney bathroom renovation company, with a focus on North Shore bathroom renovations. More recently we have expanded our primary locations to include bathroom renovations in the Northern Beaches. If however you live outside these areas, that’s not a problem, as we do travel as required.

How long will my bathroom renovation take to finish?

Most typical projects take 15 to 20 working days, however certain factors can cause renovations to take longer than anticipated. Factors such as weather and selection choices are just some examples. Cold or humid weather may mean waterproofing and rendering take longer to dry. Fully-framed screens can take three to five working days from measure, while frameless screens can take up to 10 working days. We provide you with a detailed timeline before beginning your project. How much will my bathroom renovations cost?
